We have had a busy month in the Infant- 1st classroom. We did lots of activities to celebrate Science Week. We went to ‘Imaginosity’ and completed a workshop called ‘Climate Superheroes’. During the workshop, we learned about how we can protect our world from global warming.
We made bird feeders as a class to help out our feathered friends when their food sources are scarce in winter-time.
They have had great fun practising their maths skills. They are great at working together to solve problems and talk about the different activities. The photos below show some of the exciting tasks they have been working on.
Finally, Mark came in to do some GAA skills and brought the Sam Maguire in with him.
